Calcium Acetate 667 mg Tablets

Pullphos contains calcium acetate which is a phosphate binder, it binds to phosphorus from food, preventing it from being absorbed into the bloodstream. A medication used in kidney failure that lowers the level of phosphate, a mineral in the body that can cause calcium to settle in various parts of the body when levels are too high.

COMPOSITION:

Calcium Acetate Tablets 667 mg

MODE OF ACTION:

Calcium acetate, when taken with meals, combines with dietary phosphate to form an insoluble calcium phosphate complex, which is excreted in the feces, resulting in decreased serum phosphorus concentration.

INDICATIONS

Hyperphosphatemia, Phosphate Binder

DOSAGE

2 -4 Tablets orally with each meal

STORAGE

Store at room temperature not exceeding 30ᵒC.
